Season One Episodes

Episode 1 – The Emergency Chicken

Em and Milla discuss the origins of the Emergency Chicken, how this happened, when this happened and why. They talk about a need to be prepared, if it is really that important to be ready for anything and how Em can change so that she doesn’t keep twitching if she doesn’t have a chicken available.

Episode 2 – The Tidal Wave That Never Came

Em envies her fearless friends.  She wants to be fearless but doesn’t think she can be.  Em and Milla talk about being brave and how the things you tell yourself can help you can get through the bad days.  And what’s so great about being fearless anyway?  

Episode 3 – Happiness is an Inside Job

Happiness is an odd concept. It is an emotion or a state to be in.How to be happy is a big question. How do you at least become content? Em and Milla mull this one over to see what answers they can find.

Episode 4 – The Queen Bee Syndrome

Em and Milla discuss the world of work and some of the female bosses that she has encountered who have undermined both her and her female colleagues. They talk about Em’s experiences and contrast these with Milla’s. They also discuss strategies for coping and dealing with toxic workplaces.

Episode 5 – Spring is Nature’s Way of Saying ‘Let’s Party!!!’

Em and Milla discuss the great things about going into Spring season, what they look forward to and why Em really enjoys moving on from the the winter months. They also chat about everything in between -from the warmer weather coming to planting seeds and getting out into the sunshine!

Episode 6 – The Thief of Time

Em and Milla talk about procrastination, how we put things off that could be done today, leaving them until tomorrow. They discuss why we do this, how we do this and what strategies we can use to stop it!

Episode 7 – One Space or Two?

Milla and Em discuss how life has changed, how to deal with the way that language and communicating has changed and whether you still need to put two spaces after a full stop.

Episode 8 – Winning at Life

Is it the little things that go right that make your day? Milla and Em talk about the small things that happen that can make all the difference and what to do when things do always go your way.
